We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Administrator to join our team. This role will involve working with an array of cutting-edge technologies and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical projects. You will be responsible for managing, improving, and monitoring our cloud-based and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud, AWS, Active Directory, MS-SQL, Networking, SCCM. Citrix experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure Cloud and AWS.
2. Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, and distribution groups.
3. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring high levels of system and infrastructure availability.
4. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
5. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks, and operating and system management systems.
6. Manage and improve SCCM infrastructure and operations for better efficiency and performance.
7. Work closely with Citrix, ensuring its smooth operation and user satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the team to design and implement new solutions and/or improve existing technologies.
9. Proactively update technical documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
3. Solid experience with Azure Cloud, AWS, Active Directory, MS-SQL, Networking, SCCM, and Citrix.
4. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
5. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
6. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
9. Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
10. Relevant professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator would be advantageous.
