We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in commercial real estate accounting and project management to help drive the success of our commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including monthly reporting, reconciliation, year-end close, tenant coordination, leasing, contract administration, accounting, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the financial and operational performance aligns with company goals.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports for all properties, including income, expenses, and budget variances.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of all accounts and prepare year-end close reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate lease negotiations and manage all lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Oversee contract administration, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement and manage accounting processes and procedures for all properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance property value and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting and project management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property operations, including leasing, contract administration, and tenant coordination.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including monthly reporting and year-end close.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of driving projects to successful completion.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in lease negotiations and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
