Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Full-service Law Firm with a National Presence looking to add an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to the team! The ideal candidate will have commercial litigation experience that includes business litigation, real estate litigation, construction/construction defect litigation, collection and creditors’ rights litigation expertise. First-chair trial experience is preferred, along with evidentiary hearing and deposition experience. All candidates that will be considered need to be Licensed with the Arizona Bar.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business litigation
• Experience with business court (complex is ideal) and federal court
• Strong research and writing skills are a MUST
• Licensed with the Arizona Bar.
• Commercial litigation experience that includes business litigation, real estate litigation, construction/construction defect litigation, collection and creditors’ rights litigation expertise, among others.
• First chair trial experience is preferred, along with evidentiary hearing and deposition experience.
• Good communicator with strong writing and oral argument skills.
