We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers an incredible opportunity to lead and manage large-scale industrial projects in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from strategic planning to project planning, and will have a strong background in structural steel. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring that the objectives align with the overall company goals.
  2. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  3. Manage and coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Apply your deep understanding of structural steel to manage and oversee all related activities.
  5. Handle risk management, including identification, analysis, and response planning.
  6. Monitor project progress, ensuring that any issues or problems that arise are swiftly addressed and resolved.
  7. Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project stages.
  9. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of the industry's latest trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to your project management practices.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the engineering industry.
  2. Proven experience with strategic planning and project planning.
  3. Extensive experience with structural steel.
  4. Prior experience with industrial projects.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and analytically.
  9. Proficiency in project management software tools.
  10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
