Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We provide civil engineering and land surveying services from the projects initial concept through its completion. From residential to industrial, highways to railways, we provide a diversity of services typically seen in much larger firms. Clients include corporate and government.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-10 years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
• Commercial, single, and multi-family residential site design and permitting experience
• Knowledge of planning and zoning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Site design & land development including roads, grading, drainage studies, erosion control, utility infrastructure, and storm and sanitary sewers
• Zoning Reviews, Site Investigation & Due Diligence; Preparation of Concept Drawings including coordination with AutoCad Drafters
• Design of Stormwater Management, Stormwater Conveyance Systems & Stormwater Detention using AutoCAD/C3D & Hydrology software; Stormwater management report
• Preparation of pipe sizing calculations for stormwater conveyance systems, drainage area maps, surface runoff coefficients, invert, slope, velocity & hydraulic grade line evaluation
• Grading Design; Design of Utility Systems, including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer service, water, gas, telephone service
• Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Design, stability calculations, Best Management Practices, swale design, spillway design
