Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager (Multi-Family), you will play a vital role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
  2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
  3. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications.
  4. Managing and coordinating all project-related activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  5. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality.
  6. Identifying and managing potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  8. Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the multi-family construction sector.
  2. Proven experience in managing large-scale multi-family and rehabilitation projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  6. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  8. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
