Salary: $420,000 - $650,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. This is an assignment that offers a unique oppurtunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting gastroenterology consultations, evaluations, and procedures
  • Diagnosing and treating digestive system disorders
  • Performing endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and biopsies
  • Providing patient education and counseling on digestive health and disease prevention
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Experience with endoscopic procedures and interpretation of results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
