Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our company's cash flow and financial risk. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the company's banking relationships, managing account balances, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or treasury role, with a strong background in data analysis and banking transaction reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting, ensuring optimal cash management and liquidity.
• Process wire transfers and check loads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Control bank account balances and transfers, mitigating financial risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present a Cash Dashboard to senior management, providing insight into the company's financial health.
• Handle the Treasury email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize the Wells Fargo CEO banking system to manage transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data and adhere to financial policies and regulations.
• Use Excel for data analysis and reporting, providing critical insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support financial decisions and strategies.
• Work effectively in a hybrid schedule, balancing remote and in-office work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Payables, or Receivables, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis is a must.
• Experience with the Wells Fargo CEO banking system strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in banking transaction reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze financial information effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
