Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law, Employment &

Labor Law, or Cyber Security Law.

• Manage and grow a portable book of business with a minimum value of $600,000.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and best practices in your practice area.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
• A portable book of business with a minimum value of $600,000.
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law,

Employment & Labor Law, or Cyber Security Law.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a book of business.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
