Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities include representation of clients in legal proceedings, research and preparation of legal documents and pleadings, handling discovery, and assisting partners/clients in legal transactions.

Efficient management of multiple cases.

Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required.

Client interaction and problem resolution as it relates to cases.

Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy.

Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery to opposing parties.

Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases.

Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

On-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines.

Provide legal support to clients and assist Partners

Maintain client relationships

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Comply with all legal standards and regulations

1-3 years of civil litigation experience

J.D. from accredited ABA law school

California Bar
