Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Create Civil Plan sheets and calculations during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple work tasks and projects
  • Provide prompt and accurate status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members.
  • Review quality of work prior to any formal document issue.
  • Meet or beat deliverable timelines.
  • Complete accurate and timely project time sheets accounting for time spent on each project.

Education and Training:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Holds a current EIT license or will pass within the first 6 months of employment
  • 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience highly preferred

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create and modify AutoCAD Civil 3D files
  • Ability to produce a full set of civil construction documents
  • Effective verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Effective organizational and collaborative skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience working with cities, municipalities and counties or civil land development/subdivision experience highly preferred.
