We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is bilingual and has a passion for making a difference in the medical industry. The successful candidate will act as a key member of our healthcare team, providing mental and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills, mental health expertise, and dedication to service to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality mental and behavioral health services to our diverse patient population, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and direct service provision.
  2. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments in Spanish and English, ensuring that all patients receive care that is culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.
  5. Advocate for patients, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
  7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental and behavioral health.

Qualifications

  1. Must hold a current and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT.
  2. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with demonstrated ability to provide mental health services in both languages.
