Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

The Senior Accountant will work on a highly collaborative team in support of our company's critical accounting and finance operations.
The Senior Accountant should have 4+ years of experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations, audit prep, budget/variance analysis, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
CPA is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis.
- Implement and comply with ASC 606 revenue recognition rules and regulations.
- Establish internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures.
- Perform full cycle revenue, including deferred revenue and capitalization of costs to fulfill.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role.
- Proven experience with ASC 606, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- High proficiency in financial management and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Superior mathematical skills.

- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of business principles and practices.
