We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the defense industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their skills in defense systems, system integration, project management, and compliance & regulations. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working on projects that have a real-world impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing system requirements, modeling, simulation, and government programs. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, design, and develop defense systems to meet the needs of our manufacturing processes.
  2. Conduct system integration and ensure all components function seamlessly.
  3. Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Ensure all systems and processes comply with government regulations and industry standards.
  5. Develop and implement modeling and simulation strategies to optimize system performance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide technical solutions.
  7. Participate in government programs that align with our manufacturing objectives.
  8. Regularly review and update systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs and industry advancements.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  10. Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Extensive experience with defense systems and system integration.
  4. Proven track record in project management and delivering results on time and within budget.
  5. Solid understanding of government programs and compliance regulations.
  6. Proficiency in analyzing system requirements and implementing modeling and simulation strategies.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
