Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

The Controller at a Coral Gables law firm will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

This role involves supervising a team, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance to support the firm's strategic goals.

Strong leadership and financial expertise are essential.

Seeking an experienced Controller to manage financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial reporting and equity partner meetings
• Managing relationships with banks and wire transfers
• Developing projections and calculations
• Conducting monthly reconciliations
• Supervising 2 billing managers and 1 AP staff member
• Assisting with AP as needed
• Working with billable hours and TABS3 software

Requirements:

• Law firm experience
• Proficiency in financial management
• Strong leadership skills
