We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Litigation Attorney to join our vibrant legal team. This litigation attorney role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to take on new challenges, and is passionate about providing exceptional legal services. The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible for representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death litigation. Many of our clients are spanish speaking and therefore an attorney who is bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases from inception through trial.
  2. Conduct legal research, gather evidence, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  3. Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
  4. Interact with clients, medical providers, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and ethically.
  5. Prepare and present cases in court, arguing on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
  6. Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective case strategies.
  7. Provide legal consultations and advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
  8. Work closely with legal support staff to ensure all case management and trial preparation activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Stay updated on current laws and regulations within personal injury law to provide accurate and timely counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation with a proven track record in handling automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.
  4. Strong trial practice and trial management experience.
  5. Experience in slip and fall, product liability, and wrongful death litigation.
  6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  9. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
  11. Must have a passion for advocating on behalf of clients and a commitment to ethical and compassionate legal service.
