Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

This organization is seeking a Director of Finance for our Consumer Products division. This role involves managing accounting and finance functions to support the Executive VP of CP Sales and the Director of Marketing, providing timely and accurate financial insights. This position requires a collaborative leader who embodies our core values.

The Director of Finance will:

• Lead Pricing Strategy: Oversee monthly pricing initiatives by analyzing cost changes and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing communication with customers.
• Conduct Margin Analysis: Perform monthly margin analyses by product and customer, focusing on variances from budget and forecasts. Generate reports on production volumes, customer profitability, and monitor key cost metrics.
• Manage Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, collaborating with sales to establish SKU and plant budgets. Prepare presentations and reports comparing budgeted and actual results.
• Analyze Business Opportunities: Evaluate new business ventures, customer proposals, and potential co-packing agreements to align with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting software (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership ability and a proactive, organized approach.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Experience in process manufacturing and standard costing methodologies is essential.
