This position is open to our Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Palo Alto, and Seattle offices and the pay listed in for CA and WA offices and varies on geographic location and experience.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or similar plus:
- 2+ Years of Patent Prosecution, Drafting Patent Applications, and Due Diligence
- Registration with the USPTO
- Experience at a mid-sized to large law firm
