Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of control engineers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our control systems.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their control system needs and requirements.
  4. Oversee the design and development of HMI and SCADA systems.
  5. Ensure all control systems adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  7. Manage and oversee the budget and resources for control engineering projects.
  8. Regularly review and evaluate the performance of control systems and make necessary adjustments or improvements.
  9. Stay updated with latest technologies, techniques and industry trends in control engineering.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a control engineering role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  3. Proven experience in designing and implementing HMI and SCADA systems.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Strong understanding of control system theory and principles.
  6. Proficient in the use of control system design and simulation software.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  10. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to control systems.
