We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of four years of practical litigation experience to join our growing practice in Wellesley, MA. The ideal candidate will:

Take an active role in all phases of litigation, from case strategy to court proceedings.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.

Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediation sessions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless execution of legal strategies.

Stay current with changes in litigation trends and legal developments.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Minimum of four years of litigation experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
