Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Our client is a family owned and operated construction company out of Vista, CA and for over 30 years now they have been offering design build, engineering and emergency services to a wide range of clients many of which are out of the federal, municipal and government sectors.

This exceptional team has above average tenure and they are currently in growth mode looking to add another Project Engineer with heavy civil experience to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project performance for a self-performing General Contractor
• Able to prepare and present project status reports to management
• Plan, monitor, and schedule all aspects of the project life cycle
• Work directly with superintendents to maximize self-performance productivity
• Prepare RFIs, RFPs, Change Orders
• Manage all project documentation
• Responsible for ordering and scheduling major job material and subcontractor interfaces

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of construction project experience
• Municipal/Federal/Military Water Wastewater or Heavy Civil Experience Required
• Design-Build and Progressive Design Build Experienced Preferred
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are required
