Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasting.
- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance.
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Providing financial models and forecasting analysis to assist with strategic planning and decision making.
- Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation.
- Exploring investment opportunities and present risk and opportunities.
- Conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst position will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
