Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Treasury to lead and optimize our treasury operations, ensuring the company’s financial strength by building and managing relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and key financial institutions. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of cash flow management, risk mitigation, investments, and working capital—critical components in driving our long-term financial strategy and operational success.

The ideal candidate is a confident and adaptable leader with deep expertise in treasury management. You will excel at navigating complex financial environments, developing and implementing strategies, and working alongside your team to optimize performance. Your emotional intelligence and ability to manage change will be key in fostering collaboration across departments and positioning the company for sustainable growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Masters in Business Administration strongly preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with cash management, capital markets, and banking structures.
• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
