Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details
  • 2-3+ years of work experience.
  • Obtain or be close to obtaining CPA license.
  • Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, work papers, agreed-upon procedures and other attestation engagements.
  • Should have a robust understanding of relevant technical issues and project management skills in an A&A engagement.
  • Start taking on the role as being the lead individual that deals directly with the clients on the engagements you are assigned. This includes preparing, communicating, and tracking PBC items and other client communications relevant to the project.
  • Plan audits, reviews, and compilations, monitor budgets, and assume the role of being an in charge of other team members and report directly to managers and partners.
  • Take ownership of each engagement to ensure that all engagements are prepared within budget and client deadlines are met.
  • Ensure you are timely and properly communicating your schedule, availability, etc. with firm leadership and engagement teams.
  • Take responsibility for identifying areas of improvement.
  • Take ownership over schedule and workload.
  • Identify and assign work appropriate for staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Recognize and solve potential or existing client issues through research and consulting with peers and firm leadership.
  • Take responsibility for proper training of staff and ensuring they are being challenged sufficiently to grow their skillset.
