Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per hour

The firm will take on projects as small as residential inspections to multi-million dollar office buildings and manufacturing facilities. In each instance, our goals are client satisfaction and public safety. We strive to put our client’s needs in front of everything else while maintaining the trust of the public that we will protect their safety. We are here to take the burden off of our clients so they can have a successful project. If we keep our clients satisfied, we will be successful.

Today, our project base is approximately 95% returning clients. We must be doing something right.

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with strong mathematical and analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. You will play a critical role in designing and managing mechanical systems for various projects, ensuring they meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, it is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and analyze mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Apply mathematical and analytical skills to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.
  • Ensure all designs comply with construction processes, materials, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in mechanical design, with a solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project and budget management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong investigative nature and the ability to deliver accurate work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Physically capable of visiting construction sites and clients’ facilities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required
