Are you a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager? Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strategic risk management solutions. Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

  1. Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all clients receive the highest level of service.
  2. Conduct policy analysis and provide recommendations based on risk assessment.
  3. Coordinate and manage renewals, proposals, and certificates for clients.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  6. Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and insurance regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role will have:

  1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and property and casualty.
  2. A proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  4. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  7. Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. A P&C insurance license is preferred.
