Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Superintendent for Commercial Construction to join our fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will involve working on a diverse range of projects, including tenant improvements (TI), healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, mission-critical facilities, data centers, K-12 schools, commercial TI, and ground-up projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from planning to implementation.
2. Supervise on-site construction team, including subcontractors and laborers.
3. Ensure all construction activities align with architectural and engineering plans.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
5. Meet contractual conditions of performance and ensure projects adhere to all building and safety codes.
6. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
7. Oversee and manage all quality control for the construction project.
8. Regularly report on project status to stakeholders.
9. Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeframe.
10. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the Commercial Construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing TI, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, data center, K-12, commercial TI, and ground-up projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
4. Excellent understanding of construction operations and processes.
5. Proficiency in interpreting and implementing construction plans and blueprints.
6. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong attention to detail with a dedication to high-quality output.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
