Set the Standard in the Middle Northeast Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Leader!

Territory: Middle Northeast ~8 State Region ~ (Ohio, PA, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, DC, West Virginia, and Virginia)

Industry: Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Suspension, Steering, Undercarriage, Fifth Wheel

Are you ready to drive sales and break records? We just did! In a jaw-dropping 24 hours, our team produced an incredible 15,090 high-quality air springs, setting a new standard in the industry.

Now, we’re looking for someone like you to take the wheel and steer our aftermarket distributor customer base to new heights across the Southwestern region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Planning: Craft a multi-year sales plan that aligns with corporate goals, constantly fine-tuning strategies to exceed sales targets.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to expand our product coverage and introduce new programs to our portfolio.

Pricing & Promotions: Define pricing and promotional policies that maximize both revenue and profit margins.

Marketing & Events: Partner with management and marketing to develop promotional materials, participate in trade shows, and make our products shine.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a top-tier sales team to optimize our presence in the Western Region.

Who We’re Looking For:

~ Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience in the heavy-duty truck industry, with a focus on aftermarket distributors.

~ Travel Enthusiast: Ready to travel up to 60%-70% of the time. Ideal candidates should live near an airport.

~ Connected & Influential: You’ve got established relationships with aftermarket parts distributors and know how to leverage them.
