Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

We are representing a well-established, successful Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm in Glendale, CA that is seeking experienced Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join their team in a Supervisory role!

Pre-Litigation Attorney Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all cases ensuring all cases are being handled properly
• Oversees entire Pre-Litigation Department
• Advising executive team of changes needed, improvements needed, concerns regarding the department
• Observes case audits for each case monitored and joins the weekly calibration sessions with the team.
• Communicates and reports call performance to the appropriate manager / supervisor.
• Maintain case monitoring database metrics for Pre-Lit Department
• Provide red flags, problem items to supervisors for associate coaching sessions.
• Alert appropriate supervisor / leadership to unusual or inappropriate notes, calls or emails.
• Handles issues that arise in a professional matter
• Handles client calls as needed.
• Assists in all sub-departments in Pre-Litigation (Liens, Demands, Settlements, Intake, Client Relations)
• Acts as liaison between Pre-Lit department with Litigation department

Pre-Litigation Attorney Skills Required:

• Admittance to the bar requirements in the region of jurisdiction (California)
• Expertise in Personal Injury Law
