Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in industrial maintenance to join a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems and equipment.
  3. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment and controls.
  4. Work with PLC, VFD, and Allen Bradley control systems to optimize equipment performance.
  5. Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures to ensure the safety of all team members during maintenance operations.
  6. Utilize knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
  7. Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair equipment and make modifications.
  8. Document maintenance and repair work accurately and thoroughly.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience with electromechanical and electrical maintenance.
  5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  6. Experience with PLC, VFD, and Allen Bradley control systems.
  7. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  8. Welding and fabrication skills.
  9. Ability to work with voltages up to 480V.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  11. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  12. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  13. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
