Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorneys to join remotely until we have a physical downtown LA office location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with 2-30 years of experience handling complex cases. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent litigation skills, a keen understanding of family law matters, and a passion for client advocacy. A certified family law specialization from the state bar of California is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.

Provide expert legal advice and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in family law legislation.

Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes.

Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials.

Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

2-30 years of experience in family law practice.

Proven track record of successful litigation and case management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage a high caseload and work effectively under pressure.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity.
