Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ Years of Experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry, Financials, Construction
• Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, including both large and small jobs.
• Leadership Skills to guide large project teams and the HVAC MEP department.
• Proficiency in Project Scope Development, including budgeting, estimating costs, and overseeing HVAC, mechanical, piping, and plumbing project plans.
• Strong Communication Skills to ensure effective communication and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in Cost Control and Procurement of equipment and materials, with the ability to accurately project and report on project costs.
