We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Install Trainer with expertise in Residential and/or Commercial solar rack installation as well as training other teams. This role will require the technical know-how, but also strong customer-facing skills, and a desire to drive business through sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for training installers and distributors on proper techniques to install residential and commercial solar racks/mounts.
2. Conduct regular training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring all team members are up-to-date with the latest product and standards and best practices.
3. Spend time on residential and commercial roofs with customers to help walk them through installs.
4. Meet with customers across the Mid West to train on best practices and products, but also to drive business through sales
5. Sales minded approach both over the phone and in-person

Qualifications:

1. Must have experience installing either Residential or Commercial Solar racks/mounts on roofs.
2. Must have experience training customers on installation.
3. Excellent customer-facing skills, with a willingness to take career to the next step in sales. Sales background is not required, but you must have the desire to do sales.
4. Must be willing to travel throughout the Mid West, 70% per month.
