Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

We are a Tennessee based law firm with two locations in Tennessee. We are looking for a mid level/experienced Litigation Attorney to join the team! We specialize in various practice areas and are looking for a strong leader. Practice areas include but are not limited to: Appeals, Construction, Commercial, Unfair Competition, Trade Secrets, Estate Planning and Probate, Insurance Defense, and more!

Requirements

• JD + Barred in Tennessee, in good standing
• 3+ years of Litigation Experience
• Civil Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, insurance defense, employment, estate planning and probate,landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.
• Strong experience in handling litigation from start to finish, including Pleadings, discovery, depositions, arguing motions, mediations and trial
