Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a 30+ year veteran of the Colorado construction industry, specializing in commercial projects around $20M-$40M with larger projects upwards of $100M+. We specialize in market rate housing, affordable housing, senior living, public work, and higher ed projects throughout the greater Denver area.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering a plus
- Experience with ASTA / Powerproject scheduling software a plus
- Experience with Procore a plus
- Experience with healthcare projects a plus
- Experience with wood-structures a plus
- Upward mobility based on talent, dedication, and work ethic, not number of years in the industry
