Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Lead projects independently, with a focus on Commercial, Industrial, and Office markets.

Utilize Tilt-Up construction methods effectively.

Manage project documentation and coordination using PROCORE.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

10+ years of management experience with South Florida General Construction companies, primarily in Miami-Dade County.

Proven experience in Central Florida markets.

Extensive experience with Tilt-Up construction.

Strong background in Commercial, Industrial, and Office market projects.

Ability to handle projects 100% independently.

Proficiency in PROCORE.

Fluent in English (required); Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
