Salary: $130,000 - $155,856 per year

Must-Haves:
- Licensed RN with relevant qualifications (BSN or Bachelor's in relevant field).
- 1-2 Years of Experience working with a regional center or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Title 17, Title 22, and the Lanterman Act regulations.
- Strong Public Speaking Skills with the ability to confidently represent and advocate for individuals in multidisciplinary settings.
- Experience Coordinating Health Services and discharge plans tailored to individual needs.
- Experience in Training and Educating Staff on regulations, protocols, and policies.
- Leadership and Management Experience in overseeing healthcare services staff.
- Experience Representing an Organization in Official Community Functions.
- Committee Participation in internal or community-based groups to support the agency’s mission.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience Working with Managed Care Plans, Public Health, and Community Resources across multiple counties.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, DDS, CDSS, and Regional Center operations.
