Salary: $130,000 - $155,856 per year

Job Details

Must-Haves:

  • Licensed RN with relevant qualifications (BSN or Bachelor's in relevant field).
  • 1-2 Years of Experience working with a regional center or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Title 17, Title 22, and the Lanterman Act regulations.
  • Strong Public Speaking Skills with the ability to confidently represent and advocate for individuals in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Experience Coordinating Health Services and discharge plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Experience in Training and Educating Staff on regulations, protocols, and policies.
  • Leadership and Management Experience in overseeing healthcare services staff.
  • Experience Representing an Organization in Official Community Functions.
  • Committee Participation in internal or community-based groups to support the agency’s mission.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience Working with Managed Care Plans, Public Health, and Community Resources across multiple counties.
  • Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, DDS, CDSS, and Regional Center operations.
