We are seeking an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in supporting our attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation setting, with a strong background in managing complex cases., This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs, as well as preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and fact-finding investigations to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Organize and maintain case files and document databases, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, depositions, and other case-related activities.
• Prepare for and assist in court proceedings, including assembling case materials and exhibits.
• Stay updated on changes in litigation support technology and recommending improvements to internal processes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation or insurance defense.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
