Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

In this role, you will perform day-to-day, and month end close accounting activities as well as serving as a business partner and advisor for clients. You will need to manage firm engagements and client relationships to ensure they follow the firm’s quality control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities...

• Act as the point of contact for clients
• Continuous management of multiple client portfolios requiring in-depth communication with internal and external teams
• Ad-Hoc business reports and financial statement generation, review, and analysis
• Prepare and review account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
• Review/preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and statements
• Prepare and review recurring and ongoing posting of journal entries
• Provide support to outside auditors, tax preparers, and legal teams

Qualifications...

• 3+ years of experience + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and experience in public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, bill.com, and other accounting software.
