Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year

Job DetailsThis position is for inpatient and outpatient infusion cellular therapies, including autologous and allogeneic stem-cell transplant, CAR-T and leukemia service. Experience in one or more of these therapies are required.
Shift: Weekdays 3 - 12s
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Physician Assistant
- Successful completion of an ARC-PA (Accreditation Review Commission on Education of the Physician Assistant) approved program
- Current certification by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Active Arizona Physician Assistant License
- Active DEA
- Current BLS/ACLS
Nurse Practitioner
- Successful completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner (NP) program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN – formerly NLNAC)
- Current certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board (AANPCB), American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), American Nurses Credentialing Center Certification Program (ANCC)
- Active Arizona State Nursing License or Willingness to Get an Arizona license
- Active DEA
- Current BLS/ACLS
