Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year

Growing/stable general contractor in business 15+ years with great company culture, company events, and team-work environment. Large/complex luxury custom home projects with high-end clients

Job Description:

• Lead/coordinate project sites/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, meetings, and organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budgets, change orders, jobsite safety, and scheduling
• Will oversee multiple project jobsites in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the Westside

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects that are $5M+ in construction value
• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Procore experience preferred
