Seeking a Senior Project Manager with solid Tenant Improvement background, including MEP and Design Build process working on project of $20M - plus. Must have experience in both estimating and project management in the office and light industrial industry.
Desired qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from 4-year college or university and 5 plus years related experience in construction management, estimating and project management.
Working knowledge of Phoenix scheduling software, Sage 100 for Project Management and Blue Beam a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
