Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex business litigation matters, advising clients on legal rights and obligations, and representing our firm with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of complex business litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
2. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of business matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance.
3. Represent clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as arbitration and mediation.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
6. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that could impact clients' business operations or legal strategies.
7. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. At least 10 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, and personal injury.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation matters from start to finish.
5. Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
9. Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
