Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Demonstrate leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, direct others, and effectively address conflict

Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction

Partner with the project manager to prepare a schedule of construction activities and sequence, manpower, and equipment requirements of the project

Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profit

Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively within project schedules and progress

Assist in the preparation of job progress and cost reports to accurately reflect actual costs

Review and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and other significant reports and documents

Maintain constant communication with project manager to keep them informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly effect costs or schedules

Maintain daily report to permanently record all significant project facts, events, conditions, visitors, owner representative contacts, commitments, agreements, and approvals

Direct adherence to the company’s safety program in all phases and areas of the project

Act in a manner of integrity with a commitment to quality that shows support for the company, its values, and employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding internal and external client expectations

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years of experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects that are a minimum of 100k sq ft

Traveler or willing to travel nationwide

Procore experience a plus

Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds
