Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in project management within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager.

Support the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.

Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and adherence to safety standards.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in HVAC or mechanical project management is preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
