Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a professional who can conduct machine set-ups, operate CNC machines, and perform tool changes. This role involves creating quality parts by interpreting blueprints and making precise measurements. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional mechanical skills, and a strong understanding of machine programming and troubleshooting. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
2. Read and interpret technical blueprints to understand the requirements of products and services.
3. Perform quality control tests to ensure the machine is working properly.
4. Adjust machine settings to keep parts within required specifications.
5. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues.
6. Use precision measurement tools to inspect and test finished products.
7. Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
8. Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
9. Translate instructions into computer commands to guide the creation of physical objects.
10. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
11. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
12. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation and a strong understanding of machine programming.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and blueprints.
4. Excellent understanding of quality control principles and methods.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to detect and fix issues during the manufacturing process.
6. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
7. In-depth knowledge of mechanical inspection tools and their usage.
8. Exceptional skill in managing tooling processes.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
10. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
13. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work overtime if necessary.
14. Commitment to safety rules and regulations.
15. Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.
