Our firm is currently seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to grow and thrive within the fast-paced world of the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing and improving our operational processes, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:
As an Operations Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Managing and maintaining our Orion CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and efficient customer service.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create complex reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Performing advanced data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Identifying potential areas of improvement within operational procedures and proposing effective solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
- Providing support to other team members as needed and participating in cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations Associate role or similar position within the financial services or mortgage industry.
- Proficiency in Orion CRM or a similar customer relationship management system.
- Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and other data analysis tools.
- Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
