Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Permanent Civil Underground Superintendent and Project Managers in our fast-paced and dynamic construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals to engage in a variety of exciting projects and make a real impact in the industry. These roles will involve working on a diverse range of projects, including underground utilities, lift stations, water and civil construction, roadways, and pipe works.

Responsibilities:

As a Civil Underground Superintendent, you will:

1. Oversee all operations related to underground civil construction projects, including planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
2. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless operations.
4. Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Plan and oversee the execution of all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
4. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
5. Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on underground utilities, lift stations, pipe works, water, and civil construction, and roadways.
2. Proven experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
