Job Details:

As a Chiller Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of Chiller systems for commercial and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:

This is a Union Position.

As an Chiller Service Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including:

1. Maintaining, and inspection of chiller systems and related components.
2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in central plant systems.
3. Performing routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
4. Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution.
5. Providing technical support and advice to customers.
6. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations.
7. Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experiences:

1. Employment requires becoming a member of a union.
2. 3-5 years + of experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial and industrial environment.
3. Strong skill in central plant systems and controls.
4. EPA Universal refrigerant certification
