Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Duties:

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture, creating awareness and demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and labor oversight.
• Evaluate RFPs and/or Contract Documentation to develop, communicate, and successfully drive scope, schedule, budget from inception to closeout.
• Establish and nurture client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships in conjunction with others.
• Ensure best-in-class customer communications and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent related experience
• 5+ years of full time construction project management experience in multi-family, commercial, large campus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word. PowerPoint and Excel), smart phones, etc.
